It is fitted with every single option available and hence why we still own it after almost 5 years. It has been, and is, a superb vehicle but starting to give problems. The latest issue is one of inconsistent battery drain problems. I had the car towed to Audi Bakersfield. The service manager told me my engine needed to be replaced. This all happened at the start of a two week drive across the US with my wife as we were heading back home to the East Coast from our visit to California. Audi US agreed to replace the engine and ship the car back to my home in Massachusetts. power steering problem. I was driving from the highway then went I got into town I tried to make a right turn at a slow speed and it became extremely hard till a accelerated I assumed it was the power steering . After making a couple more difficult left an right turns I got home. I checked the power steering fluid level , looked for leaks , and FWIW, No expert on this issue in the Q7, but I've had several other cars where the ventilation system's 'root-cause' problem was the resistor (provides the variable speed of the blower fan by reducing power throughput, etc), which presented in the car as an issue with the blower motor not running, or cutting in/out, etc. U6L8.
